Behçet's syndrome is a systemic inflammatory disease generally presented with the triad of uveitis, oral and genital ulcers. However, it may present with gastrointestinal, central nervous system, skin and vascular disease manifestations. Intracardiac thrombus is a rare but serious complication of Behçet's disease.
