The 2015-2017 global migratory crisis saw unprecedented numbers of people on the move and tremendous diversity in terms of age, gender and medical requirements. This article focuses on key emerging public health issues around migrant populations and their interactions with host populations. Basic needs and rights of migrants and refugees are not always respected in regard to article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and article 23 of the Refugee Convention.

Soil pH and EC increased progressively in soils amended with either PB or CMPB. Exchangeable Cd was decreased while its non-exchangeable fractions were increased.

In addition to the liver, hepatitis C virus infection has a significant prevalence among recipients of kidney transplant and is related to worse graft and recipient survival as the kidney is an important component of the hepatitis C virus clinical syndrome.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective single center study included 336 patients with end-stage renal disease who received a kidney transplant at the Mansoura Urology and Nephrology Center from January 1992 to December 1995.
Background: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can regenerate missing tissues and treat diseases. Hence, the current work aimed to compare the proliferation rate and the osteogenic differentiation potential of bone marrow MSCs (BMSCs), gingival MSCs (GMSCs) and submandibular MSCs (SMSCs).
Material And Methods: MSCs derived from bone marrow, gingiva and submandibular salivary gland were isolated and cultured from rats.

More importantly, iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate and GO were employed as precursors and water as reaction medium, meanwhile, NaOH within the generated free radicals from the high intensity ultrasound were sufficient as reducing and base agent in our clean synthesis. Moreover, the hydrothermal method as a conventional approach was employed to synthesize the same catalysts for the comparison with the ultrasonocation technique.

A Cd(OH) nanorod was synthesized with a one-pot, environmentally-friendly aqueous sonochemical reaction, followed by calcination at 500°C to produce CdO nanorods. Thirty minutes of re-ultrasonicated CdO nanorods in the presence of the Ag precursor was sufficient for phase transformation from the cubic structure of CdO to the monoclinic crystalline structure of Cd(OH), accompanied by deposition of Ag nanodots on the surface to form Cd(OH)/Ag core/satellite nanorods.

The newer and potent immunosuppressive agents have successfully reduced the risk of rejection after kidney transplantation, but the development of cardiovascular diseases, infections, and malignancy is major factors limiting their success. Posttransplantation malignancy is the second most common cause of death in renal transplant recipients after cardiovascular disease; it is expected that mortality due to malignancy may become the most common cause of death within the next two decades. This study is designed to evaluate the incidence, risk factors, and types of malignancies occurring after renal transplantation and their impact on patient and graft survival.

Subjects And Method: This was a cross-sectional study in children (n=400) aged 6-12 years recruited from two areas in Egypt (industrial and urban). Blood lead levels were measured using an atomic absorption method.
This research aims at determining residues of thiophanate methyl and propiconazole in grape and mango fruits as an indication for their persistence in this environmental compartment. Fruit extracts were analyzed for thiophanate methyl using High Performance Liquid Chromatography and using Gas Chromatography Electron Capture Detector (GC/ECD), respectively. Materials And Methods: Many prospective randomized studies from our center have been reported between March 1976 and 2016, with more than 2700 renal transplant procedures conducted. The first study was a prospective randomized trial of azathioprine versus cyclosporine.
Background And Objectives: The present study is focused on correlation of parent vessels and neck diameters with anterior communicating artery (AComA) aneurysmal depth and growth direction. The study principally aims to suggest a new classification of AComA-located aneurysms based on the physical characteristics of parent vessels.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed of 155 patients with ruptured AComA-located aneurysms.
A novel and efficient chemical approach for the synthesis of FeO/Au core/satellite nanocubes is reported. In a one-pot reaction, metallic Au nanodots were successfully deposited on the polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) functionalized FeO nanocube surface for the fabrication of a core/satellite structure (FeO/Au) by the reduction of HAuCl using ammonia. Transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy mapping revealed that small Au nanodots of about 2 nm average size decorated the surface of FeO nanocubes.
