Background: Design, results, and interpretation of oncology randomised controlled trials (RCTs) have changed substantially over the past decade. In this study, we describe all RCTs evaluating anticancer therapies in haematological cancers published globally during 2014-2017 with comparisons with solid tumours RCTs.
Methods: A PubMed literature search identified all phase 3 RCTs of anticancer therapy for haematological cancers and solid tumours published globally during 2014-2017.
Importance: Additional sources of pediatric epidemiological and clinical data are needed to efficiently study COVID-19 in children and youth and inform infection prevention and clinical treatment of pediatric patients.
Objective: To describe international hospitalization trends and key epidemiological and clinical features of children and youth with COVID-19.
Design, Setting, And Participants: This retrospective cohort study included pediatric patients hospitalized between February 2 and October 10, 2020.
Unlabelled: Clioquinol is a small-molecule metal ionophore that inhibits the proteasome through a metal-dependent mechanism. Here, we report a phase I study of clioquinol in patients with refractory hematologic malignancies. Neuropathy and abdominal pain were dose-limiting toxicities.

Methods: Eight patients with SSc, but with no evidence of bacterial overgrowth, and 8 healthy controls were recruited. On the first day of study, each subject was given orally an aliquot of [14C] ascorbic acid, which was then "flushed out" by oral intake of unlabeled ascorbic acid for the following 7 days.
