Traumatic urethral catheterization leading to bulbourethral artery pseudoaneurysm is exceedingly rare. We here report a case of 32-year-old male, who developed pseudoaneurysm of bulbourethral branch of right internal pudendal artery after traumatic urethral catheterization.
