Aim Allografts, autografts, alloplast and xenografts are frequently used for periodontal regeneration. The aim of this study was to determine the efficacy of advanced platelet-rich fibrin (A-PRF) in combination with demineralized freeze-dried bone allograft (DFDBA) and DFDBA alone in periodontal infrabony defects. Methodology This was a split-mouth design study where 20 infrabony defects in 10 patients were included.
