Unlabelled: Chronic arterial insufficiency of lower limbs (CAILL) is a common cardiovascular disease that affects 200 million subjects worldwide: from 4 to 12% of people aged 55-70 years and 20% - over 70 years. The cause of blood circulation disorder in this disease is usually a complex of pathological changes including abnormality of vessel walls' anatomical structure or integrity, disorder of blood rheological properties and alterations of its thrombotic potential. Thus, the therapy of patients with CAILL aiming at hemostasis and, in particular, platelets' aggregation is one of the most urgent problems of medicine.

A new efficient method was proposed for the synthesis of (18-crown-6)stilbene; the structure of the product was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. In MeCN, this compound forms pseudodimeric complexes with -(2-ammonioethyl)-4-styrylpyridinium and -(3-ammoniopropyl)-4-styrylpyridinium diperchlorates via hydrogen bonding between the ammonium group and the crown ether oxygen atoms. The ammonioethyl derivative was synthesized for the first time.

Participation of NO-Dependent Mechanisms in the Effects of Increased Systemic Level of Interleukin-1β on Pial Microvessels under Conditions of Acute Hypoxia.

We studied the effect of increased systemic levels of the proinflammatory cytokine IL-1β on the vasomotor reactions of pial microvessels in anesthetized rats under conditions of experimentally simulated progressively increasing acute normobaric hypoxia. Vital microscopy showed that more pronounced dilatation of pial vessels in response to IL-1β under hypoxic conditions was almost completely prevented by pretreatment with non-specific NO synthase blocker L-NAME. These findings indicate the involvement of NO-dependent mechanisms in the vasodilator effect of proinflammatory cytokines under conditions of acute hypoxic exposure.

Forty-seven women with tubal infertility and a successful IVF pregnancy participated in the study. Pipelle endometrial sample was performed during the supposed 'window of implantation' in natural cycle with subsequent histological study, and transcriptional profile of genes GPX3, PAEP, DPP4, TAGLN, HABP2, IMPA2, AQP3, HLA-DOB, MSX1, POSTN determined by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).

Clustering of resistance genes for six groups of antibiotics (aminoglycosides, β-lactams, fluoroquinolones, glycopeptides, macrolides and lincosamides, and fusidic acid) was performed.
