Objective: To explore the correlations of cancer-related fatigue (CRF) with clinicopathological features and quality of life in gastric cancer.
Methods: Using a convenient sampling method, 230 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to July 2022 were collected. They were divided into the fatigue group ( = 152) and the nonfatigue group ( = 78) according to the presence/absence of CRF.
Background: Hepatic cysts are common benign liver tumors that are typically asymptomatic. However, larger cysts, particularly giant liver cysts, can potentially induce symptoms. If the diameter of the cyst exceeds 10 cm, it can exert pressure on adjacent organs, leading to manifestations of corresponding symptoms.

Methods: The mRNA and protein expressions were assessed using qRT-PCR and western blot, respectively. CCK-8 assay was employed to determine cell proliferation.
