Objective: Few studies have evaluated the efficacy of antiseizure medications (ASMs) according to the etiology of neonatal acute provoked seizures. We aimed to investigate the response to ASMs in term/near term neonates with acute arterial ischemic stroke (AIS), as well as the type of seizure at presentation and the monitoring approach.
Methods: We retrospectively evaluated neonates from 15 European level IV neonatal intensive care units who presented with seizures due to AIS and were monitored by continuous electroencephalography (cEEG) and/or amplitude-integrated EEG (aEEG) in whom actual recordings, timing, doses, and response to ASMs were available for review.
Aims: To evaluate whether parameters of post-hypoglycemic hyperglycemia (PHH) correlated with glucose homeostasis during the first year after type 1 diabetes onset and helped to distinguish pediatric patients undergoing partial remission or not.
Methods: In the GLUREDIA (GLUcagon Response to hypoglycemia in children and adolescents with new-onset type 1 DIAbetes) study, longitudinal values of clinical parameters, continuous glucose monitoring metrics and residual β-cell secretion from children with new-onset type 1 diabetes were analyzed during the first year after disease onset. PHH parameters were calculated using an in-house algorithm.
Background: Forty to fifty percent of patients with locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (LA SCCHN) relapse despite multimodal treatment. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) has the potential to detect minimal residual disease (MRD) after curative-intent therapy and to identify earlier which patients will progress. We developed a tumor-agnostic plasma ctDNA assay to detect MRD in unselected LA SCCHN with the aim of predicting progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival without the need for tumor sequencing.

Objectives: To determine whether a short dermoscopy e-learning course (4 h) in skin tumour diagnosis for PCPs is non-inferior to a long course (12 h) in selective triage of skin lesions. Secondly, to evaluate whether regular refresher training sessions are necessary to maintain the PCPs' skills in the medium term.
Background And Study Aim: Over the last 20 years, cytoreductive surgery (CRS) combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) has progressively become a therapeutic option for peritoneal carcinomatosis thanks to its favourable oncologic results. The aim of this study is to analyse the overall survival and recurrence-free survival, after complete CRS and closed abdomen technique HIPEC for peritoneal carcinomatosis from colorectal cancer.
Patients And Methods: This retrospective study collected the data from all patients who underwent a CRS with HIPEC for colorectal cancer at "Cliniques universitaires Saint Luc" from October 2007 to December 2020.
