Based on an analysis of treatment of 216 patients with postcholecystectomy syndrome the authors have found its occurrence to be 15.5%. It may be true and false.

Experience in repeated operations on the biliary tract in 51 patients is analysed. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is one of the informative methods. The choice of the method of operative treatment must be individualized according to the nature of the pathological process in the biliary system.

[Removal of bile stones using a cast].

Experimental studies and clinical observations show that cholangiolithectomy with the help of moulds of fibrinogen and thrombin is an effective method of sanitation of bile ducts.
