Aim: To perform a psychopathological and clinical/psychological analysis of anxiety-depressive spectrum disorders (ADSD) in inflammatory otorhinolaryngological disease - larynx granuloma.

Data on the prevalence and features of cognitive impairment in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are presented. Cognitive impairment was noted in 66% of patients, it did not reach the threshold of dementia and met the diagnostic criteria for moderate cognitive impairment. Anxiety-depressive spectrum disorders were found in 94% patients.
