Purpose: To report a 15 year old girl with citrullinemia type 1 and 2 accompanied by neurologic signs and symptoms and a novel ocular complaint in cornea like tyrosinemia type 2.

Observations: A 15 year old female was admitted with decreased consciousness and neurologic signs and symptoms. Citrulinemia was discovered through metabolic testing.

Dry reforming of methane (DRM) has recently received wide attention owing to its outstanding performance in the reduction and conversion of CH and CO to syngas (H and CO). From an industrial perspective, nickel (Ni)-supported catalysts have been deemed among the most suitable catalysts for DRM owing to their low cost and high activity compared to noble metals. This study aimed to identify BRCA1/2 mutational patterns in the tissue and blood of Egyptian colorectal cancer (CRC) patients and to study the possible correlation of this mutational pattern with Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Eighty-two colonoscopic biopsies and forty-six blood samples were collected from Egyptian CRC patients, as well as blood samples of age and sex-matched healthy controls (n = 43) were enrolled. The libraries were performed using Qiaseq Human BRCA1 and BRCA2 targeted DNA panel and sequenced via Ion proton sequencer.
