The widespread use of the Internet of Things makes it relevant to use public IP networks for simultaneous access by both users and wireless sensors. To achieve this, a significant reduction in the subscriber devices' energy consumption is required. This paper analyzes the application features of the collective dynamic routing method both with and without the use of a robust method for estimating the channel data rate for sensors' communication in wireless public networks.

Trained detection dogs distinguish between urine samples from healthy organisms and organisms with malignant tumors, suggesting that the volatile urine metabolome contains information about tumor progression. The aim of this study was to determine whether the stage of tumor growth affects the chemical differences in the urine of mice and to what extent the "olfactory image of disease" perceived by dogs coincides with the "image of disease" recorded by the mass spectrometer. We used a novel laser ionization mass spectrometry method and propose a mass spectrometric analysis without detailed interpretation of the spectrum of volatile metabolomes in urine.

Unlabelled: is to develop methods for the differentiation of mutations in the codon 600 and to increase the sensitivity of the K601E mutation detection.

Materials And Methods: The nucleotide sequence of the codons 592-602 was identified using the PyroMark Q24 genetic analysis system. The mutations search in codon 600 was conducted using the 600-S primer in line with the following order of adding nucleotides: GCTGTCАTCTGCTAGCTAGAC (corresponding to nucleotides 1799-1786).
