Introduction And Importance: Paragangliomas are rare neuroendocrine tumors, typically arising from extra-adrenal chromaffin cells. Primary intra-spinal paragangliomas are uncommon, and metastatic spinal paragangliomas without paraneoplastic symptoms are even rarer. This case highlights the diagnostic challenges posed by such rare tumors.

Introduction: Cholestasis is the impairment of normal bile flow causing accumulation of bile salts, lipids, and bilirubin in blood which presents as Jaundice. Jaundice beyond 2 weeks of age is rare in infancy with worldwide incidence of 1 in 2500 live births. Biliary atresia is the most common extra hepatic cause of cholestasis in late neonatal and infancy period.

This report presents a case of peritoneal actinomycosis incidentally discovered during a total abdominal hysterectomy in a 44-year-old female with refractory abnormal uterine bleeding and a history of long-term intrauterine contraceptive device use. The patient presented with persistent abnormal uterine bleeding despite conservative management.
