Rare-Earth Pretreatment Improves Performance of Reactive Dye Argazol Navy Blue on Banana-Fiber Fabric.

At present, the use of conventional reactive dyes on banana-fiber fabric leads to the problem of excessive salt consumption, which is not conducive to environmental protection. In this experimental study, rare-earth-pretreated banana-fiber fabric was dyed with the reactive dye Argazol Navy Blue. The rare-earth pretreatment was carried out to reduce the level of salt consumption, improve dyeing and fixation rates, and reduce the treatment burden of printing and dyeing wastewater.

Effects of Aminooxyacetic Acid on Learning and Memory Function and Neurochemical Changes in Chronic Alcoholism.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effect of aminooxyacetic acid (AOAA) on cognitive function, particularly learning and memory, in a rat model of chronic alcoholism. Additionally, the study explored changes in cystathionine β-synthase (CBS), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), and serotonin (5-HT) levels in the prefrontal cortex to understand the potential neurochemical mechanisms involved.

Methods: Sixty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, with 16 rats in each: Con, Con + AOAA, Model, and Model + AOAA.

Bioequivalence Study of 2 Formulations of Fluticasone Nasal Spray in Healthy Chinese Volunteers.

This study aimed to evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics, safety, and bioequivalence of 2 formulations of fluticasone nasal spray in healthy Chinese subjects. A single-center, randomized, open-label, single-dose, 2-formulation, 2-sequence, 2-period crossover bioequivalence study was conducted under fasting conditions. A total of 120 healthy male and female subjects were enrolled, of which 119 subjects completed the entire study.

Study protocol for a hybrid type 3 effectiveness-implementation trial of a team-based implementation strategy to support educators' use of a social engagement intervention.

Background: Remaking Recess (RR) is a school-based evidence-based peer social engagement intervention for autistic students. RR involves direct training and coaching with educators; however, educators face several barriers to implementation at both the individual- and organizational-levels. This protocol paper describes a multi-site study that will test whether an educator-level implementation strategy, coaching, with or without a school-level implementation strategy, school-based teams, will maximize educators' use (fidelity and sustainment) of RR for autistic students and their peers who are socially-isolated, rejected, or peripheral and may need additional support during recess.
