Background: Obturation represents a critical step in endodontic treatment, which relies on a core material and a sealer. This study aims to evaluate the sealing ability and bond strength to the root canal walls of an epoxy resin-based sealer (AH-Plus, Dentsply Sirona, Johnson City, TN, USA) and a bioceramic sealer (GuttaFlow Bioseal, Coltène/Whaledent, GmbH + Co. KG, Langenau, Germany).

A 30-year-old man presents with dry cough and dyspnea on exertion (modified Medical Research Council dyspnea scale of 3), with progressive worsening over several months. He denies other respiratory or cardiac symptoms such as wheezing, hemoptysis, thoracalgia, palpitations, or leg swelling. Recently, new molecular biomarkers are emerging as potential non-invasive diagnostic agents to screen NSCLC, including multiple microRNAs (miRNAs) that show an unusual expression profile.

Objective: The COVID-19 pandemic and the measures accompanying it have been accused of having a negative influence on the frequency and methods of treatment of various diseases including head and neck cancer (HNSCC). To go further into this assumption, the diagnoses made, and treatments performed at one of Germany's largest head and neck cancer centres were evaluated.

Patients And Methods: This study consisted of one single centre and involved a retrospective review of all patients with newly diagnosed or recurrent HNSCC.

The Boa constrictor is one of the world's largest vertebrate carnivores and is often found in urban areas in the city of Manaus, Brazil. The morphological identification of ticks collected from 27 snakes indicated the occurrence of Amblyomma dissimile Koch 1844 on all individuals sampled. In contrast, Amblyomma rotundatum Koch was found on only two snakes.
