84 patients 3-15 years of age were observed at the department of cardio-rheumatology of the Research Institute of Pediatrics, the laboratory "Test" and the laboratory department of the clinic "Guli". The patients with tonsillitis and recurrent respiratory tract disease were investigated. The patients were divided into study and control groups; The study group included children with signs of cardiovascular system damage according to the clinical and instrumental findings.
