[Bioinformatic search for plant homologs of protein kinase BUB1--the keypoint of mitotic spindle assembly].

Fourteen plant homologs of animal, yeast and myxomycetes spindle assembly checkpoint protein kinases were identified bioinformatically. It was shown that the closest plant homologues of the BUB1 protein kinases are unknown proteins XP_002274770.1 (CBI21878.

[The development of a technology for the production of live dried vaccines against avian pasteurellosis and swine erysipelas].

The technology of the production of dried live vaccine against Pasteurella infection of fowl from Pasteur's 2nd avirulent strain, strains AB and K, has been developed. This technology includes the process of batch cultivation of Pasteurella cells, controlled in such parameters as eH, pO2 and glucose concentration, in fermenters in optimized culture medium, based on Hottinger hydrolysate and fermentative casein-yeast hydrolysate, and preservation in improved saccharose-gelatin medium prepared in potassium sulfate buffer solution. The new technology makes it possible to increase the yield of preparations with stable biological activity 5- to 13-fold in comparison with the traditional technology.

[Cytochrome P-450 distribution in endoplasmic reticulum membranes of rat liver].

Using electron-dense labelling in combination with solubilization, the localization of cytochrome P-450 in the microsomal membranes was studied. It was shown that cytochrome P-450 is unevenly distributed in the membrane and has 2-3 reactive SH-groups. The molecules of solubilized cytochrome P-450 contain 4-5 reactive SH-groups and show a tendency to aggregate.

[Attachment of nitrogenase to liposomes].

The membrane has a stablizing effect on the nitrogenase complex, preventing its dissociation into separate enzymes and subunits. The distribution pattern of nitrogenase in artificial membranes and azotophores is similar.
