Raman spectroscopy is a powerful analytical method widely used in many fields of science and applications. However, one of the inherent issues of this method is a low signal-to-noise ratio for ultrathin and two-dimensional (2D) materials. To overcome this problem, techniques like surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) that rely on nanometer scale metallic particles are commonly employed.

Object: To evaluate inter- and intra-observer agreement of the proposed diagnostic and treatment classification of degenerative spondylolisthesis.
Material And Methods: The proposed diagnostic and treatment classification of degenerative spondylolisthesis was validated according to the GRRAS protocol. For this purpose, we retrospectively analyzed MRI, CT and spinal radiography data in 20 patients.
The presence of beta-amyloid plaques is a part of the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease, but there is currently no universally accepted method for magnetic resonance (MR) imaging of the disease. However, it is known that magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) can improve the T2 contrast in MR images of various targets. : We used cubic MNPs, which were produced by thermal decomposition and then it was covalently bonded to a modified fluorescently labeled tetrapeptide, HAEE-Cy5, for visualizing beta-amyloid plaques.

The issue of effective wound healing remains highly relevant. The objective of the study is to develop an optimal method for the synthesis of nanosized cerium oxide powder obtained via the thermal decomposition of cerium carbonate precipitated from aqueous nitrate solution for the technical creation of new drugs in production conditions; the select modification of synthesis under different conditions based on the evaluation of the physicochemical characteristics of the obtained material and its biological activity, and an evaluation of the broad-spectrum effect on cells involved in the regeneration of skin structure as well as antimicrobial properties. Several modes of the industrial synthesis of cerium dioxide nanoparticles (NPs) were carried out.

This study explores the effects of five common MPs-polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS), and polylactic acid (PLA)-and environmental-simulating microplastics (EMPs), composed based on the composition of local MPs in agricultural soils, on the bioavailability and phytotoxicity of Cd and Cr in soils. Pot experiments demonstrated that MPs, particularly PE and EMPs at a 5 % dosage, markedly decreased soil pH, water-holding capacity, and soil organic carbon content.
