Objective: The aim - to determine the most effective method of dentinal fluid collection and dentinal fluid flow rate stimulation.
Material And Methods: In a series of dentinal fluid collection tests, 3 types of filter membranes «Technofilter» were compared to a blotting nitrocellulose membrane Sartorius 1288. An ability of the studied membranes to adsorb dentinal fluid was assessed based on the data of proton magnetic resonance using signal magnitudes of the organic molecules accumulation in dentine fluid samples.

Unlabelled: Chronic pain syndromes in the neck and shoulder girdle are one of the important clinical problems due to their high prevalence. In addition, it's of great interest to study the mutual influence of the musculoskeletal system pathology, balance organs and dentoalveolar system due to the possible negative impact of these structures on each other which surely affects the treatment timing and its results.
Objective: To develop a diagnostic algorithm and a comprehensive program for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with cervicobrachialgia combined with pathological dental occlusion.
Objective: To review the available literature in regard to the inflammatory process and pulpitis. Setting forth to evaluate if differences in the levels of various cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8) can be observed in clinically diagnosed normal and irreversibly inflamed pulps that could serve as possible markers and/or diagnostic tools to predict and differentiate between certain states of inflammation. Methods used to measure and assess levels of cytokines have been limited to two protein quantification methods ELISA and/or Multiplex Array.

In the group of 290 human having metal artificial limbs in an oral cavity, decrease in average value pH the mixed saliva in comparison with the persons who are not having metal inclusions was due to increase of percent of persons with sour reaction of saliva. Thus the degree of decrease the mixed saliva pH did not depend up on size of galvanic currents and presence of galvanic symptoms. The hypothesis was put forward, that decrease of saliva pH and development of galvanism was connected with local changes in a biofilm contacting to metal artificial prosthetic devices.

During clinical-immunological study of the patients with chronic apical periodontitis (CAP) some differences were found between the following categories--CAP involving not more than 2 teeth and plural CAP. There were found the changes of both general immunity indices and its local components. Chronic inflammation course in periodontal tissues led to imbalance between cellular and humoral local immune reactions.
