[ICG angiography is a safety standard in bariatric surgery].

Objective: To examine the specific characteristics of ICG-angiography during various bariatric interventions.

Material And Methods: The study included 329 patients, with 105 (32%) undergoing sleeve gastrectomy (LSG), 98 (30%) undergoing mini-gastricbypass (MGB), 126 (38%) undergoing Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RGB). Intraoperative ICG angiography was perfomed on all patients at 'control points', the perfusion of the gastric stump was qualitatively and quantitatively assessed.

[The first experience of robot-assisted bariatric surgery using the Senhance system in patients with morbid obesity].

Objective: To study the results of robot-assisted bariatric surgery using the Senhance system in patients with morbid obesity.

Material And Methods: A prospective cohort study included 74 patients who underwent bariatric surgery (Senhance digital laparoscopy system) between January 2022 and May 2023. Of these, 12 patients underwent robot-assisted longitudinal gastrectomy, 20 patients - robot-assisted Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, 36 patients - robot-assisted gastric bypass with one anastomosis/mini-gastric bypass, 6 patients - surgical exploration.

[The first clinical experience of using the new Senhance remote-controlled robotic system in general surgery in Russia].

Unlabelled: Until recently, clinical studies in the field of robotic-assisted surgery have been conducted in Russia only on the basis of the DaVinci system. The advent of a new robotic system separated the concept of «robotic surgery» from DaVinci. An increase in the number of alternative surgical robots will expand the possibilities of studying the functionality of these systems, differences in their operation, safety and efficiency for patients, and convenience for surgeons.

Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and parastomal hernia repair: case report of concurrent operation in comorbid patient.

Introduction: The treatment of parastomal hernias remains one of the most relevant issues in coloproctology and general surgery due to its high recurrence rate of 5 to 50%. An increase in the number of overweight people has led to the fact that at least 25% of patients with parastomal hernias are obese and have severe concurrent disorders.

Presentation Of Case: A 69-years old woman with 12 × 15 cm parastomal hernia, grade 3 obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus underwent concurrent laparoscopic IPOM hernia repair and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass.

Laparoscopic-thoracoscopic esophageal resection in the treatment of giant epiphrenic esophageal diverticulum (Ivor Lewis operation): Case report.

Introduction: Complicated esophageal diverticulum is an extremely rare disease. The most widespread surgical tactic in such cases is drainage of the mediastinum and the position of a feeding gastrostomy or enterostomy. Our objective was to demonstrate the possibility of performing a one-step operation in case of giant esophageal diverticulum with necrotic diverticulitis and sepsis on the background of dilatation of the esophagus.
