New hydrate formation methods in a liquid-gas medium.

Conceptually new methods of hydrate formation are proposed. The first one is based on the shock wave impact on a water-bubble medium. It is shown that the hydrate formation rate in this process is typically very high.

[Violations of oxygen transport function of hemoglobin in surgical endointoxication and their correction using remaxol].

Aim: To study the effectiveness of remaxol in erythrocytes oxygen transport function correction in patients with surgical endotoxicosis.

Material And Methods: Two groups of patients (main (n = 25) and comparison (n = 27) groups) with acute appendicitis complicated by peritonitis were compared. All patients underwent standard postoperative treatment including infusion therapy 1600--2000 ml/day, antibiotics as combination of semi-synthetic penicillins and aminoglycosides, anesthetic and desensitizing therapy.

[Comparative study of the toxicity and antiarrhythmic activity of some organic derivatives of dimethylacetamide].

A comparative study of the acute toxicity and antiarrhythmic activity of new domestic derivatives of dimethylacetamide showed that the introduction of amino and carboxylic acid residues into the structure of compounds is accompanied by reduction of the toxic properties of new substances on the average 2.73 times (p = 0.002) upon intraperitoneal introduction to animals.
