[The online literacy of Russian citizen in issues of health information: psychometric characteristics of Russian version of eHEALS].

Nowadays, online environment is the main source of health information. The purpose of the study was twofold and supposed, firstly, adaptation of Russian version of the eHealth Literacy Scale (eHEALS), and secondly, analysis of relationship between eHEALS scores and indications of critical thinking and phenomena of cyber environment (doom-scrolling, cyberchondria and social networks dependence) among Russians. The sampling consisted of 1,025 respondents.

The article is a review of literature data on the stages, classifications, pathological conditions during the eruption of the lower third molars in humans. The authors analyzed the established knowledge about clinical and morphological changes at various stages of eruption of the lower third molars, studied new data describing the pathogenetic, histological and biochemical features of their development, packaging, movement to the occlusal plane. The literature review helped to identify a series of current trends that define a number of key hypotheses that summarize the accumulated material and indicate different opinions on the topic under study, which confirms the prospects and relevance of continuing research.

Propagation-based phase-contrast imaging of the breast: image quality and the effect of X-ray energy and radiation dose.

Objectives: Propagation-based phase-contrast computed tomography (PB-CT) is a new imaging technique that exploits refractive and absorption properties of X-rays to enhance soft tissue contrast and improve image quality. This study compares image quality of PB-CT and absorption-based CT (AB-CT) for breast imaging while exploring X-ray energy and radiation dose.

Methods: Thirty-nine mastectomy samples were scanned at energy levels of 28-34keV using a flat panel detector at radiation dose levels of 4mGy and 2mGy.

Determinants of Russian Attitudes Toward a Green Economy During the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Background: The development of environmental consciousness is a necessary part of the full development of society. The pandemic caused by COVID-19 has increased attention to the problems of man's relationship with nature, and the green behavior of both the consumer and the producer. Attitudes toward a green economy are especially important to study in countries rich in natural resources, as they have more opportunities to overcome the contradictions between economic growth and green innovation.

Cytostatic Activity of Combretastatin A-4 Derivatives in an In Vitro System.

Cytostatic activity of combretastatin A-4, its 11 analogues, and paclitaxel (Taxacad) was evaluated in vitro on human tumor cells A549 (lung adenocarcinoma) and PC-3 (prostate adenocarcinoma) in order to find the active and stable compound as a promising antitumor agent. 5-(4-Methoxyphenyl)-4-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-isoxazole (compound 123124) and 3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-isoxazole (compound 29310186) demonstrated the highest cytostatic activity (IC≈8×10 М). The activity of two other cytotoxic compounds (2E)-1-(7-methoxy-2H-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one (compound 104815) and 4-(3-amino-4-methoxyphenyl)-5-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrazole hydrochloride (compound 198732) was close to that of Taxacad: IC 65×10 and 80×10 М, respectively, and are also promising active components for the development of antitumor drugs.
