Despite the extensive history of investigation, characterization and diagnostics of giftedness is still a point of debate. The lack of understanding of the phenomenon affects the identification process of gifted children, development of targeted educational programs and state of research in the field of gifted education. In the current systematic review, we seek to delineate the specific aspects in which gifted children differ from their typically developing peers in cognitive abilities, psychophysiology and psychological characteristics.

Objective: The aim: To evaluate the automatic computer diagnostic (ACD) systems, which were developed, based on two classifiers-HAAR features cascade and AdaBoost for the laparoscopic diagnostics of appendicitis and ovarian cysts in women with chronic pelvic pain.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The training of HAAR features cascade, and AdaBoost classifiers were performed with images/ frames of laparoscopic diagnostics. Both gamma-corrected RGB and RGB converted into HSV frames were used for training.

Objective: The aim: Is the analysis of chronic kidney disease risk in patients with arterial hypertension and coexistent hyperuricemia.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods:We observed 40 patients with arterial hypertension and coexistent hyperuricemia (I group), 35 - with arterial hypertension (II group) and 30 practically healthy people (control). The duration of hypertension was 4,3 ± 2,31 years and 4,0 ± 2,11 years (p = 0,9247) for I and II group respectively, of hyperuricemia - 4,1 ± 0,35 years for I group.
