[Improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients syndrome of diabetic foot].

Results of complex treatment of 121 patients with syndrome of diabetic foot, complicated by purulent-necrotic affection of tissues, were analyzed. Individually differentiated approach in the choice of surgical tactics had permitted to improve the result of treatment.

[State of nonspecific reactivity in patients with strangulated hernias after surgery].

The analysis of the results of treatment of 466 patients with incarcerated hernias of different location is given. The changes in homeostasis, depending on the aggravating destructive changes in the incarcerated intestinal loop, have been studied.
