The aim of the work is to study the effect of the 3D printing process on the microstructural and hydrophilic properties of polylactic acid (PLA) samples with various model printing patterns obtained from the black filament PLA by sequentially applying polymer layers using the FDM (fused deposition modeling) method. X-ray phase analysis revealed the partial crystallization of PLA polymer chains in the printed samples, which occurs under thermal and mechanical action on the original amorphous PLA filament during 3D printing to varying degrees, depending on the geometry of the pattern and the morphology of its surface. At the same time, IR spectroscopy data indicate the preservation of all intrastructural chemical bonds of polylactide.

Nanocomposites based on porous silicon (Por-Si) with 3d-metals incorporated into pores can be used as magnetics. Por-Si layers were obtained by anodic etching of n-type silicon (100) with the use of HF solution in alcohol. Fe, Co, Ni galvanic deposition in por-Si was made from aqueous solutions of corresponding sulphates.

The paper analyzes the complex clinico-experimental studies carried out by the surgeons, endoscopist, roentgenologist, and morphologist. Under special attention were the immediate and the late results of such variants of plastic and reconstructive operations on the large intestine when the remaining right portions of the large intestine were used for the substitution of defects of the left ones (coloplasty). Per 120 plastic and reconstructive operations there were 38 complications with 5 lethal outcomes (4,1%).
