[The method of lifting and fixation of superficial musculo-aponeurotical system in rejuvenation operations on the face].

The method of neck-facial facelifting, consisting of restrited dissection of adiposo-cutaneous flap and fascial sheet of superficial musculo-aponeurotical system (SMAS), its suturing using multiple quilts in a closed loop fashion, lifting of the neck-facial tissues en bloc along vertical vector. The thread is conducted subperiosteal in zygomatic arch region, securing safe fixation of the SMAS flap, permits to achieve harmony and to make the rejuvenation effect more durable.

[Principles of patients selection to esthetic plastic surgical clinic].

The original principles of patients selection for esthetic operations performation are presented. Formalized card of registration of medical information that permit to estimate individual peculiarities of any patient is proposed. Presence of functional and organic disturbances in patients show the need of reviewing of present statement that esthetic interventions are performed in healthy patients.

[Methodical approach to studying quality life of patients which underwent plastic operation].

The obtained results of the study are based on observation of life quality of 98 patients which have undergone traditional and combined operation. The article presents quality life indices of healthy subjects and those operated. Traditionally operated patients were established to have lower quality life indices in 6 years after the operation provided in comparison with healthy subjects.

[Endoscopic method of the face rejuvenation].

Technical aspects of endoscopic aesthetic interventions, conducted in 65 patients with various signs of early ageing of the face and neck tissues and aesthetic defects in 1996-2005 yrs, are stated. In general four types of endoscopic operations were performed: complete (subperiostal) lifting of forehead, the forehead and middle zone of face lifting, the forehead and face lifting, cervicoplasty, the forehead lifting and the twoplane lifting of face. There were presented possible complications of endoscopic operations, which are less frequent and severe than after performance of open interventions.

[Combined cosmetic operation of the face].

The method of performance of combined cosmetic operation in 58 women patients in 1996-2005 yrs. was analyzed. As a primary procedure for rejuvenation the combined operation of the face and neck skin lifting permits to achieve impressive results, prevents the "lateral bend" and hollow eyes formation.
