Unlabelled: was to determine the molecular genetic prognostic criteria for the severity of the course pneumonia based on the analysis of the association of genetic polymorphism in toll-like receptors with the severity of NETosis.

Materials And Methods: The study included 38 patients with the main diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia with a severe course. All the patients underwent standard clinical laboratory examinations, computed tomography of the thoracic organs, microbiological examination of blood and tracheobronchial aspirate.

Substituted 2,6-dicyanoanilines are versatile electron donor-acceptor compounds, which have recently received considerable attention, since they exhibit strong fluorescence and may have utility in the synthesis of fluorescent materials, non-natural photosynthetic systems, and materials with nonlinear optical properties. The majority of known synthetic procedures are, however, "stop-and-go" reaction processes involving time-consuming and waste-producing isolation and purification of product intermediates. Here, we present the synthesis of substituted 2,6-dicyanoanilines via atom-economical and eco-friendly one-pot processes, involving metal-free domino reactions, and their subsequent photochemical and photophysical measurements and theoretical calculations.

The osteogenic, cytotoxic, and antibacterial activities of polysaccharide (PS-SC) and flavonoid (F-SC) fractions isolated from the leaves extract of were studied in vitro. F-SC consists of the five quercetin glycosides in the ratio 2:8:10:1:4, which were isolated from the leaves extract of and have been characterized previously. PS-SC was first isolated from the leaves extract of and has been described.

4-oxo-4-pyran-2.6-dicarboxylic acid (chelidonic acid, ChA) in the native state and in the complex with calcium [Ca(ChA)(HO)], named saucalchelin (CaChA), was isolated from the extract of leaves for the first time for the family. The structure of ChA was determined by NMR, MS and confirmed by X-ray analysis of its monomethyl ester, and CaChA was described by IR, ICP-MS, CHN analysis.
