Objective: To create the prognostic scale based on some biomarkers after thoracic and thoracoabdominal aortic repair.
Material And Methods: We analyzed 114 patients with aortic aneurysm/dissection. The following biomarkers were studied: proadrenomedullin, NT-proBNP, procalcitonin, interleukins 6, 8, 10, tumor necrosis factor, presepsin, highly sensitive troponin I.
F-Isoprostanes are putative markers of oxidative stress, one of the processes associated with biological senescence. Evidence exists for elevated F-Isoprostanes in chronic conditions including psychiatric disorders. Few studies have examined the relationship between oxidative stress and mood in older healthy samples, to establish the influence on mental health.

Distinct alterations in activities of acid and alkaline DNAses were observed in the acute period of the disease and the activity was normalized within 14-21 days. The RNAase system exhibited the most pronounced response to the trauma, while activity of acid RNAase exceeded the normal level by 52% within 21 days of the posttraumatic period.

The results of the surgical treatment of 74 patients with damages of long flexor tendon of the I-st finger of hand justify application of different methods of restorative therapy depending on the level and term of trauma, 30 perfect, 25 good, 17 satisfactory and 2 bad results have been registered. Adequate restoration of thumb bending function following transposition of the surface flexor tendon of the III finger was observed that allowed the authors to draw a conclusion on expediency of application of this method in inveterate cases with flexor functional failure.
