Purpose Of Review: To evaluate the current evidence on the use of omadacycline for the treatment of skin and soft tissue infections (SSTIs).

Recent Findings: This narrative review examines the available data on the pharmacology, clinical efficacy, safety profile, and comparative effectiveness of omadacycline in treating SSTIs, with a focus on its potential role in everyday clinical practice.

Summary: Omadacycline is a viable option for outpatient therapy and early discharge in patients with SSTIs, particularly in frail populations and those undergoing chronic polypharmacotherapy.

During embryonic development, muscle tissues, skin, and a subset of vascular endothelial cells arise from Pax3-expressing embryonic progenitors defined as paraxial mesoderm. By contrast, haemogenic potential is well established for extra-embryonic mesoderm and intra-embryonic lateral plate mesoderm, which do not express Pax3. To date, it is not known whether the haematopoietic system also contains Pax3 lineage cells.

This narrative review examines the existing literature on minimally invasive image-guided sampling techniques of mediastinal lesions gathered from international databases (Medline, PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar). Original studies, systematic reviews with meta-analyses, randomized controlled trials, and case reports published between January 2009 and November 2023 were included. Four authors independently conducted the search to minimize bias, removed duplicates, and selected and evaluated the studies.
