Introduction: In France, trans people can benefit from the coverage of care related to their trans-identity in Long Term Affection (Affection Longue Durée ALD) under the code F64.
Purpose Of Research: The aim of this article is to estimate the prevalence and the incidence of trans people in transition from the medical and administrative reimbursement databases in France.
Results: In 2020, 8952 persons were in ALD F64.
Objective: In 2016 different types of cooperation were identified between "Assistance publique - Hôpitaux de Paris" and community-based healthcare professionals, including consultations from hospital practitioners in community health centers. This work aims to study the advantages and difficulties of this type of cooperation.
Methods: Interviews were conducted with hospital physicians, heads of hospital units and of community health centers.
Forty-six untreated patients measured their blood pressure at home for three weeks using an A and D, UA 751 automatic device, and were examined three times at the outpatient clinic. Home blood pressure was significantly lower than clinic blood pressure, even at the third visit when the correlations between clinic and home values were the most significant. The differences between clinic and home values had a gaussian distribution.

Between 1984 and 1989, 29 iliac renal artery bypasses were performed in 29 patients (mean age 67.8 years) with severe renovascular disease due to atheroma. The indication for renal artery reconstruction was hypertension in all patients, which was associated with kidney failure in 16 cases.
