Objectives: To determine the magnitude, distribution and associated ergonomic factors of upper extremities musculoskeletal disorders (UEMSD) among workers of electronic assembly in Thailand.
Material And Methods: This was a cross-sectional study. 591 of 853 workers in an electronic and electrical appliance assembly factory in Bangkok, Thailand, participated in this study.
Objective: To assess the results of open tennis elbow surgery in patients whom the elbow had failure after conservative treatment.
Material And Method: Retrospective analysis of 22 patients underwent tennis elbow surgery at the HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical center during the period from January 2003 to December 2010. Age, sex, duration of symptom, pain score and complications were included in analysis.
Objective: To evaluate the invented device for early continuous passive motion with the rehabilitation program of fingers following flexor tendon repair in zone-II and to determine whether early motion of the affected finger can occur without increasing the rates of subsequent tendon rupture.
Material And Method: A quazi experimental study was done between January 2011 and August 2011 by selecting 5 cases with both, flexor digitorum superficialis (FDS) and flexor digitorum profundus (FDP) injuried in zone II of a finger using standard exclusion criteria. The operation was performed by a single surgeon using a standard four-strand repair suture technique and postoperative care consisted of a rehabilitation program with early continuous, passive motion using and original device.

One hundred and fourteen displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus (47 tongue type and 67 joint depression type) were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with multiple H plate and were followed-up for an average of 6.75 years. All the fractures healed radiographically in 3 months.

Background: Topical corticosteroid is now accepted as safe and most effective in controlling all symptoms of both allergic and nonallergic rhinitis. Fluticasone propionate aqueous nasal spray is a new once daily topical corticosteroid preparation.
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fluticasone propionate in children 5 to 11 years of age with perennial allergic rhinitis.
