Multifocality in renal tumors is a rare occurrence, but not unheard of. Commonly the different foci correspond to the same histological pathology, however co-existence with other renal lesions, including both malignant and benign tumors, have also been reported. Here we present a 57-year-old male, ex-smoker who exhibited four distinct histological tumors in an ipsilateral kidney; multilocular cystic clear cell renal cell carcinoma (RCC) of low malignant potential, clear cell papillary RCC, renal oncocytoma, and renomedullary interstitial cell tumor.

Objective: The objective of this study was to determine risk factors for delayed response in patients with neurogenic and idiopathic overactive bladder (OAB) after intradetrusor onabotulinumtoxin A injection.

Subjects And Methods: This is a retrospective study that included 87 patients who underwent onabotulinumtoxin A intradetrusor injection from October 2011 to November 2019. Patients were followed up at 2, 4, and 12 weeks post intervention in the outpatient clinic and over the phone.
