Renal Forniceal rupture is a common urological emergency, most commonly due to an underlying ureteral obstruction. There is no standardized management for forniceal rupture. We report a 70-year-old female who presented with vague abdominal symptoms, and acute on Chronic Kidney Disease.

Rare renaissance: Quadruple synchronous renal cell tumors in one kidney - A case report.

Multifocality in renal tumors is a rare occurrence, but not unheard of. Commonly the different foci correspond to the same histological pathology, however co-existence with other renal lesions, including both malignant and benign tumors, have also been reported. Here we present a 57-year-old male, ex-smoker who exhibited four distinct histological tumors in an ipsilateral kidney; multilocular cystic clear cell renal cell carcinoma (RCC) of low malignant potential, clear cell papillary RCC, renal oncocytoma, and renomedullary interstitial cell tumor.

Time of onset and factors associated with delayed response post intradetrusor injection of onabotulinumtoxin a in patients with neurogenic and idiopathic overactive bladder syndrome.

Objective: The objective of this study was to determine risk factors for delayed response in patients with neurogenic and idiopathic overactive bladder (OAB) after intradetrusor onabotulinumtoxin A injection.

Subjects And Methods: This is a retrospective study that included 87 patients who underwent onabotulinumtoxin A intradetrusor injection from October 2011 to November 2019. Patients were followed up at 2, 4, and 12 weeks post intervention in the outpatient clinic and over the phone.

The association between biomarker angiopoietin-like protein five and obstructive sleep apnea in patients undergoing bariatric surgery.

Purpose: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is prevalent in the bariatric population. OSA should be recognized in patients undergoing bariatric surgery preoperatively to prevent peri- and post-operative complications. Lipid metabolism-related biomarkers are associated with OSA.
