[Isolated left ventricular congenital diverticulum in adult: Report of cardiac imaging].

Cardiac diverticulum is an infrequent congenital malformation, it's even more rare in adulthood. It's often associated with other thoraco-abdominal diverticulums, and rarely isolated. The diagnosis relies on echocardiography.

[Convulsives crisis revealing left-ventricular non-compaction with apical myocardial infarction].

Left-ventricular non-compaction is a rare congenital disorder and its association with myocardial infarction is rarely described in literature. We report the case of a patient in whom the diagnosis was established after multiple convulsive crisis. The resemblance of certain consequences of these two pathologies reports the difficulty of the diagnosis of imputability and all the specificity of this observation.

Cardiac thrombosis as a manifestation of Behçet syndrome.

Herein, we report 3 cases of Behçet syndrome that were accompanied by intracardiac thrombus. The 1st patient was a 30-year-old man who presented with dyspnea; a right atrial thrombus was identified upon transthoracic echocardiography. The 2nd patient was a 52-year-old man who was admitted for dyspnea; transthoracic echocardiography revealed an echogenic mass in the right ventricle.

Multiple mycotic aneurysms reveal Staphylococcus lugdunensis endocarditis in a young patient.

Mycotic aneurysms are rare, and depending on their location, can threaten functional prognosis. We report on a 17-year-old girl with no previous history of cardiovascular or infectious disease, referred to our Department of Cardiology with right hemiplegia and aphasia. A neurological evaluation revealed thrombosis of a mycotic cerebral aneurysm, complicated by ischemic and hemorrhagic infarction.
