The challenges of frontline health managers during the COVID-19 pandemic in India: A framework analysis study.

Background: Coronavirus was first officially reported in Wuhan city of China in December 2019. As this novel coronavirus spread rapidly throughout the world, health care workers faced many difficulties addressing the pandemic. In the present study, we explored the challenges faced by front-line health managers on human resource management, execution of the central policies, and training and in formulating innovative approaches during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in India.

To Evaluate Structured Competency-Based Curriculum for Health Programs among Community Medicine Postgraduates: Mixed Method Approach.

Background: The postgraduate curriculum needs to be given a definite shape so as to make health programs more intensive and integrative. In the present scenario, most of the information is unclear and infrequent. A structured public health competency-based education is an important aspect to consider for integrative health care.

Cross-sectional study of factors associated with caregiver's burden in patients diagnosed with psychotic disorders in urban India.

Pharmacotherapy has deinstitutionalized the patients with psychotic disorder. This has led to the transfer of the caregiving burden from hospitals to family members of the patients. This study aimed to assess the caregivers' burden and the factors associated with it objectively.

A Naturalistic, Non-interventional Investigation of the Clinical and Sociodemographic Characteristics and Prescription Patterns in Patients With Psychotic Disorders at a Tertiary Care Facility in South Asia.

Objectives:  This study aimed to evaluate the trends in the sociodemographic, clinical, and prescription characteristics of patients with psychotic illnesses seen in the outpatient psychiatry department of a tertiary care facility.

Methods:  Between March 2021 and April 2022, a cross-sectional, prospective, observational, naturalistic, non-interventional study was conducted. A total of two hundred prescriptions were analyzed.

Comparative Study on Elder Abuse and Neglect Among Geriatric Population in the Rural and Urban Field Practice Areas of a Medical College.

Background: Elder abuse is a multidimensional problem of public importance. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 16% of older people were victims of elder abuse. A study conducted by HelpAge India in 2018 showed that Mangaluru ranks the highest in elder abuse (47%).
