In the present work, chaperone-like activity of bovine β-casein (β-CN) against thermal denaturation and aggregation processes of bovine carbonic anhydrase (BCA) was investigated. We used different instrument and new developed methods for surveillance the structural alteration of BCA and its functional properties upon interaction with bovine β-CN. The thermodynamic data obtained by DSC showed that interaction of β-CN can enhance the thermal stability of enzyme but due to decrease of activation energy of aggregation, the kinetic of process as driven force accelerated the thermal aggregation.

Oxazepam and lorazepam inhibit the adenosine deaminase (ADA) differently. In the case of lorazepam temperature increment causes an increase in the inhibition potency whereas higher temperature reduces the inhibitory effect of oxazepam; which proposes the overall profounder structural changes in the case of lorazepam relative to those caused by oxazepam.

Widespread use of mobile phones has increased the human exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs). It is required to investigate the effect of EMFs on the biological systems. In this paper the effect of mobile phone RF (910MHz and 940 MHz) on structure and function of HbA was investigated.
