Study Design: Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses.
Objective: To assess the 30- and 90-day readmission rates after a traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI).
Methods: A systematic search of MEDLINE and Embase was performed.
Introduction: Wound healing is a major therapeutic concern in regenerative medicine. The current study aimed to investigate the second-degree burn wound treatment in rats using rat adipose- derived stem cells (ADSCs) and manganese nanoparticles (MnO-NPs) in a polycaprolactone/gelatin electrospun nanofiber scaffold.
Methods: After the synthesis of nanoparticles and electrospinning of nanofibers, the SEM analysis, contact angle, mechanical strength, blood compatibility, porosity, swelling, biodegradability, cell viability, and adhesion assays were performed.
Carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-provoked acute liver injury (ALI) is typified by intensified apoptotic, inflammatory, and oxidative changes besides mitochondrial dysfunction. Sinomenine is an active constituent in the medicinal plant Sinomenium acutum. The main objective of this study was to determine sinomenine-induced hepatoprotection following CCl4 challenge with an emphasis on unraveling the contribution of mitochondrial biogenesis-related factors.

The immune system plays a significant role in the tumor microenvironment and identifying its components involved in cancer development can aid in finding new biomarkers for prognosis, treatment monitoring, and immune-based therapies. Interleukin 13 (IL-13) is a cytokine produced by immune cells that has been implicated in tumor invasion, proliferation, and metastasis.

The propose of this study to investigate the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) before and during the COVID-19 pandemic and identify risk factors associated with DE that may contribute to an increased incidence of these disorders among university professors.
Methods: This cross-sectional analytical study took a comparative approach and involved 310 university professors in Iran.
