The BioRED track at BioCreative VIII calls for a community effort to identify, semantically categorize, and highlight the novelty factor of the relationships between biomedical entities in unstructured text. Relation extraction is crucial for many biomedical natural language processing (NLP) applications, from drug discovery to custom medical solutions. The BioRED track simulates a real-world application of biomedical relationship extraction, and as such, considers multiple biomedical entity types, normalized to their specific corresponding database identifiers, as well as defines relationships between them in the documents.

History, laws, limits, regulatory institutions, protocols for compounding pharmacy set up, challenges, equipment, extemporaneous formulations, quality control, and storage within regulatory framework are discussed.

The article presents the results of studies concerning the effect of unfavorable factors of chemical nature on fluid of oral cavity among workers of the Ufa plant of elastomer materials, articles and structures. It is established that in persons contacting with chemical pollutants of manufacture of rubber and rubber technical production the indicators of chemiluminescence of saliva fluid are significantly expressed and depend on professional standing.

High-frequency intravesical electroneurostimulation was made simultaneously with magnetophoresis of the mixture based on oxibutinin. Compared to effects of oral intake of oxibutinin, such method was two times more effective in relation to overactive bladder symptoms relief in shorter duration of the treatment and reduced side effects. Laser Doppler flowmetry discovered that the above combined treatment corrects microcirculation in bladder mucosa.
