[Primary melanoma of female urethra: A case diagnosed in Ouagadougou].

We report a case of primary melanoma of a female urethra diagnosed at a non-metastatic stage in a 48-year-old patient with a history of breast carcinoma treated with radiotherapy and hormone therapy.
