Introduction: The uveo-meningitic syndrome, or the combination of chronic or recurrent meningitis and acute uveitis, has a specific differential diagnosis. This syndrome can be the clinical debut of systemic disorders, vasculophathies, connective tissue disorders and inmuno-mediated diseases.
