Objective: The aim of this study is to compare the results of repeat colonoscopies performed on the same day and by appointment in patients with inadequate bowel cleansing.

Material And Methods: The study was designed as a prospective randomized controlled study. Eighty patients with inadequate bowel cleansing detected in elective colonoscopies were included in the study.
