The importance of early Alzheimer's Disease screening is becoming more apparent, given the fact that there is no way to revert the patient's status after the onset. However, the diagnostic procedure of Alzheimer's Disease involves a comprehensive analysis of cognitive tests, blood sampling, and imaging, which limits the screening of a large population in a short period. Preliminary works show that rich neurological and cardiovascular information is encoded in the patient's eye.

Pigmentary demarcation lines (PDL), or Voigt-Futcher lines, are lines marking an abrupt transition between hyperpigmented skin and normal skin. They are usually seen in African, Hispanic, and Japanese populations, but can be rarely observed in Caucasians. The distribution of these markings is postulated to follow "Voigt's lines," which mark the underlying peripheral nerves.

Here, we assessed patient and clinician attitudes to telephone and video IF consultations.
Methods: Telemedicine questionnaires were designed and distributed in paper form to patients with IF receiving HPN under the care of a UK national IF reference center and electronically to IF clinicians in Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
