[Physical factors in the medical rehabilitation of patients with chronic cerebral ischemia in the outpatient stage].

Unlabelled: Chronic cerebral ischemia is an urgent problem of modern medicine due to high disability of this contingent of patients and requires new approaches to the treatment and medical rehabilitation.

Objective: To develop a new technology for medical rehabilitation of the patients with chronic cerebral ischemia on an outpatient basis using therapeutic physical factors (such as ozone therapy and magnetic field in combination with endomassage) against the background of rational pharmacotherapy and psychocorrection.

Material And Methods: There have been observed 122 patients with chronic cerebral ischemia stage I.

Lymphocytic ppENKmRNA, MEK-IR, and Dyn-IR in electroacupuncture.

We studied the effect of acupuncture analgesia on the expression of ppENKmRNA, MEK-IR, and Dyn-IR in circulating mouse lymphocytes. Electroacupuncture stimulated cell immunity. The release of irDyn during electrostimulation at 5 Hz frequency was less active than irMEK release.

[A method for improvement of blood circulation in composite grafts in the preventive and reconstructive surgery of burns].

In 58 patients after performance of plasty with fatty-cutaneous and fasciocutaneous grafts, the state of circulation in the flaps was studied. The level of ischemic disorders was defined. The medicamentous complexes contributing to improvement of circulation in the grafts are suggested.

[Therapeutic tactics in cold trauma].

The authors treated 603 sufferers with acute cold damage. The principal reversibility of tissue damage in local cold traumas at the prereactive period is shown. The difference of therapeutical tactics in freezing, primary cryonecrosis, local cold trauma at the prereactive period, frostbite is noted.
