By analyzing the statistically stationary stage of propagation of a Huygens front in homogeneous, isotropic, constant-density turbulence, a length scale l_{0} is introduced to characterize the smallest wrinkles on the front surface in the case of a low constant speed u_{0} of the front when compared to the Kolmogorov velocity u_{K}. The length scale is derived following a hypothesis of dynamical similarity that highlights a balance between (i) creation of a front area due to advection and (ii) destruction of the front area due to propagation. Consequently, the front speed is compared with the magnitude of the fluid velocity difference in two points separated by a distance smaller than the Kolmogorov length scale.

All antagonistic strains of lactobacilli have been identified by 16S rRNA sequencing and assigned to four species: Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Lactobacillus casei. In addition, these lactobacilli appeared to be nonpathogenic and had some probiotic potential: the strains produced lactic acid and bacteriocins, showed high sensitivity to broad-spectrum antibiotics, and were capable of forming biofilms in vitro.

It is established that in all patients the dominant microorganisms of analyzed biotope were bacteria of genus of Streptococcus and Peptostreptococcus released in number of 5-6 Ig CFU/cm2. The gender and quantitative characteristics of opportunistic pathogenic microorganisms varied during all year of monitoring.

The selected strains are characterized by high probiotic potentials. They have adhesive properties and sensitivity to antibiotics and preparations corresponding to main requirements of common pharmacopoeia articles to strains of microorganisms used in production of probiotics for medicinal application.
