Introduction: The present study aims to identify the factors contributing to diminished successful cumulative live birth rate (LBR) of in-vitro fertilisation-intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF-ICSI) among patients with endometriosis.

Materials And Methods: In this study, a retrospective cohort investigation was conducted from January 2016 to December 2022 at the Reproductive Medicine Center, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital, Alor Setar, Malaysia. Various determinants influencing substandard cumulative IVF-ICSI LBR prognosis in women diagnosed with endometriosis were analysed.
