The article provides the results of minimally invasive direct revasculization of myocardium at the period from 2012 to 2014. Given method was used in 49 interventions. There weren't any lethal cases or myocardial infarctions.

[Treatment of elderly patients with combination of coronary artery disease and aortic valve pathology].

Increasingly, there are patients with concomitant coronary artery disease and aortic valve, especially in elderly patients, who often have severe comorbidities and high surgical risk, which is undoubtedly a certain effect on the choice of method and tactics of treatment. Today, there are several approaches to the treatment of patients in this category, and all of them have certain advantages and disadvantages.

Detection of changes in the structure and distribution map of triacylglycerol in fatty liver model by MALDI-SpiralTOF.

Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionisation spiral orbit-type time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-SpiralTOF) can analyse lipid profiles and characterise lipid structure. Imaging mass spectrometry (IMS) also provides distribution maps of selected m/z values. Here, we investigated triacylglycerol (TG) structure and distribution using these technologies to estimate mouse fatty liver.

Development of a method for the determination of caffeine anhydrate in various designed intact tablets [correction of tables] by near-infrared spectroscopy: a comparison between reflectance and transmittance technique.

Using near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, an assay method which is not affected by such elements of tablet design as thickness, shape, embossing and scored line was developed. Tablets containing caffeine anhydrate were prepared by direct compression at various compression force levels using different shaped punches. NIR spectra were obtained from these intact tablets using the reflectance and transmittance techniques.

Application and mechanism of inhalation profile improvement of DPI formulations by mechanofusion with magnesium stearate.

In our previous paper, we reported the inhalation properties of dry powder inhaler (DPI) formulations containing Compound A and mechanofusion-processed lactose carriers. The mechanofusion process with magnesium stearate (Mg-St) on the lactose carrier enhanced the fine particle fraction (FPF) value of the Andersen cascade impactor (ACI) study. The increase of FPF seemed to be associated with the increase of the dispersibility of drug particles.
