[Clinical presentation and diagnosis of Parkinson's disease in patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders].

Objective: To study the features of the clinical picture and diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (PD) in patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders (SSD).

Material And Methods: The analysis of databases of four psychoneurological dispensaries in Moscow with the allocation of groups of patients with diagnoses of SSD (F20-F25 according to ICD-10) was carried out. Among these groups, a targeted search for patients with an established diagnosis of PD (G20) was conducted.

[Pharmacotherapy of schizophrenia: clinical and some age-related aspects].

The article discusses modern approaches to the rational choice of therapy for schizophrenia in accordance with the principles of personalized medicine. Clinical markers for determining the optimal treatment tactics are considered depending on the syndromic features and stereotype of the course of the disease, and the possibility of justified combination therapy with drugs of different pharmacological classes. The specifics of the treatment of schizophrenia in childhood/adolescence and adult are discussed, including the basic principles of choosing drug classes, daily doses and drug therapy tactics.

[Controversial issues of diagnosis and theoretical concepts of schizophrenia in childhood].

The article presents modern approaches to classification, presents debatable diagnostic issues, including the differences between domestic approaches to the diagnosis of schizophrenia in childhood from foreign taxonomies. The modern hypothesis of the etiological continuum of schizophrenic and autistic spectrum disorders is discussed, as well as clinical models of manifest stages of schizophrenia in childhood, with an emphasis on the influence of the age factor on the clinic, dynamics and prognosis of diseases.

Molecular Serum Albumin Unmask Nanobio Properties of Molecular Graphenes in Shungite Carbon Nanoparticles.

Serum albumin is a popular macromolecule for studying the effect of proteins on the colloidal stability of nanoparticle (NP) dispersions, as well as the protein-nanoparticle interaction and protein corona formation. In this work, we analyze the specific conformation-dependent phase, redox, and fatty acid delivery properties of bovine albumin in the presence of shungite carbon (ShC) molecular graphenes stabilized in aqueous dispersions in the form of NPs in order to reveal the features of NP bioactivity. The formation of NP complexes with proteins (protein corona around NP) affects the transport properties of albumin for the delivery of fatty acids.
