(1) Background: to ensure satisfactory outcomes in patients who have undergone total hip or knee replacement, it is crucial to prioritize postoperative rehabilitation process and its management rather than the successful surgery alone. The goal of our study was to investigate the outcomes of rehabilitation process after the total hip or knee replacement, including local orthopedic follow-up, communication with local health authorities, patients' satisfaction regarding rehabilitation, and their functional performance after the surgery. (2) Methods: the study included 523 patients who underwent total hip replacement, and 650 patients who underwent total knee replacement.

Unlabelled: The purpose of the study is to design and to prove rehabilitation process management for musculoskeletal system disorders with the use of on line communication technology between patients and medical institution.
Material And Methods: Medical and sociological study used sampling of 381 patients involved in hip-and-knee joint replacement program before the surgery and in rehabilitation period with the use of specially designed and implemented at the base of the V. I.
One of the greatest challenges in neuro-oncology is diagnosis and therapy (theranostics) of leptomeningeal metastasis (LM), brain metastasis (BM) and brain tumors (BT), which are associated with poor prognosis in patients. Retrospective analyses suggest that cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is one of the promising diagnostic targets because CSF passes through central nervous system, harvests tumor-related markers from brain tissue and, then, delivers them into peripheral parts of the human body where CSF can be sampled using minimally invasive and routine clinical procedure. However, limited sensitivity of the established clinical diagnostic cytology in vitro and MRI in vivo together with minimal therapeutic options do not provide patient care at early, potentially treatable, stages of LM, BM and BT.

The article considers process of institutionalization of Russian traumatology and orthopedics. It is demonstrated that process of institutionalization goes on in undulating manner takes in average about 50 years, from the moment of statement of a question to ultimate assignment of specialty of traumatology and orthopedics, organization of institutes and chairs of traumotology and orthopedics with alternation of dominance of ducens- and mandate model. On the basis of developed criteria chronological clusters and periods.

In this research, we have developed novel composite scaffolds based on polymeric polycaprolactone fibers coated with porous calcium carbonate structures (PCL/CaCO) for tissue engineering and have shown their drug delivery and release in rats. In vivo biocompatibility tests of PCL/CaCO scaffolds were complemented with in vivo drug release study, where tannic acid (TA) was used as a model drug.
