CMV Reactivation Following Allogeneic Transplantation in Children From a High-Seroprevalence Population: A Single-Center Experience in Colombia.

Introduction: Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection is a frequent complication among hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) recipients. Data regarding CMV reactivation in children in underdeveloped countries is scarce. This is especially notable considering the increasing utilization of haploidentical-related HSCT with the post-transplant cyclophosphamide platform.

Recommendations on vaccination in children and adolescents with inborn errors of immunity according to the expanded Colombian immunization program.

In this manuscript, we carried out an exhaustive analysis of the global recommendations for immunization in inborn errors of immunity patients. We examined the mechanisms of action and types of vaccines, and we described the vaccines included in the Colombian immunization program together with the specific guidelines for immunization in patients with the most frequent inborn errors of immunity in Colombia. These recommendations were adjusted according to the severity and subclassifications of each immunodeficiency, considering variations in the immune response to offer evidencebased recommendations for vaccination in children with these conditions.

Environmental certification has come up as a voluntary action to demonstrate a minimum quality level when it comes to the introduction of ecological-friendly principles in decision-making. Prenatal Exercise Decreases Urinary Incontinence in Late Pregnancy and Three Months Postpartum: A Randomized Controlled Trial.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the impact of a supervised exercise program, including Pelvic Floor Muscle Training (PFMT), throughout pregnancy on Urinary Incontinence (UI).

Methods: A randomized clinical trial (NCT04563065) was conducted. Initially, 600 pregnant women were screened for eligibility, with data from 356 participants eventually analyzed.

Phase 1b/2a safety study of lemborexant as an adjunctive treatment for insomnia to buprenorphine-naloxone for opioid use disorder: A randomized controlled trial.

Background: Evidence supports the common incidence of sleep disturbance in opioid use disorder (OUD) as a potential marker of disrupted orexin system functioning. This study evaluated the initial safety and tolerability of a challenge dose of lemborexant, a dual orexin antagonist, as an adjunct to buprenorphine/naloxone.

Methods: Patients (18-65 years old) with OUD receiving sublingual buprenorphine/naloxone, with a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index total score of 6 or higher, were recruited from outpatient clinics.
