[Analysis of the dependence between milk and dairy products consumption, and dental caries observed in group of children and teenagers].

The aim of this research was evaluation of influence of milk and dairy products consumption on advance of dental caries observed in the group of children and teenager. The dependences between milk and dairy products (dairy beverages, cottage cheese and other kinds of cheese) consumption and advance of dental caries were analyzed. The objects of the research were 44 patients aged 7-18 years.

[Evaluation of remote results in 80 intra-articular calcaneal fractures treated by various methods].

The studies were done in 69 patients in whom 80 intra-articular calcaneus fractures were diagnosed of tongue or crush type. In the analysis of the remote results a subjective three-grade evaluation of the results was used as reported by the patients. The good results in 60% were closely related to the reconstruction of the shape of the calcaneus and its articular surface with simultaneous restoration of functional fitness of the foot.

[Teeth condition in children aged 7 years in Warsaw and the province of Warsaw].

[Radiological investigations of the process of pulp mineralization and size of pulp chamber].

The authors studied the process of progressing narrowing of pulp chamber in 363 milk teeth and 295 permanent teeth by means of intraoral radiograms. The investigations were carried out in two groups of children in successive time periods. The diminution of chamber size progressed more rapidly in the vertical dimension.

[Introduction of a new technique of partial pulp amputation in permanent teeth in children after mechanical injuries. Preliminary communication].

The study material comprised 56 permanent teeth with traumatic pulp exposure complicated in 15 cases by partial tooth luxation in 52 children aged from 7 to 15 years. In each case routine clinical and radiological examinations were done. The time between trauma and procedure ranged from several hours to 70 days.
