Human activities provide wildlife with highly abundant and predictable food subsidies, which can affect population dynamics and have wide-ranging ecological impacts. A key ecological question is how species adapt their foraging behaviour to capitalize on these new feeding opportunities. We investigate habitat use by Audouin's Gulls (Ichthyaetus audouinii) off the Western Mediterranean Sea, an opportunistic seabird that has recently expanded to diverse breeding colonies subjected to varying degrees of human influence.

Incorporation of patient-reported outcomes in early-phase clinical trials for childhood and adolescent cancer.

Introduction: The assessment of quality of life (QoL) should be one of the main objectives in paediatric clinical trials. Even though researchers, regulators and advocates support the use of patient-reported outcomes (PROs), this has not been fully implemented. The aim of this study is to assess the measurement of QoL and the usage of PROs, palatability assessments and medication diaries in early-phase clinical trials for childhood and adolescent cancer.

Objective: Frequency of cognitive impairment among people over 65 years old in community pharmacy. Study of asssociated factors, referral of cases to the specialist and inclusion in a program of health education.

Material And Methods: Cross-sectional study of prevalence, frequency, conducted in four pharmacies (two urban and two rural pharmacies) in the Autonomous Community of Valencia.
